With more than 38 years of experience as a qualified bookkeeper and over two decades building and leading a successful bookkeeping business, Yvonne brings exceptional financial expertise and a strong commitment to accountability, integrity, and excellence.

Combined with her extensive experience in the disability sector, she has developed a deep understanding of the NDIS and the importance of safeguarding participants' funding. Yvonne is passionate about ensuring every dollar is managed responsibly, empowering participants to make informed choices, maximise the value of their plans, and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

Yvonne's commitment to her community extends well beyond her business. She generously mentors local businesses in the Collie region, helping them build the knowledge and confidence to deliver high-quality services to people with disability, providing this support voluntarily because she believes stronger providers create stronger communities.

With over 18 years of customer service experience, including the past 13 years specialising in team leadership and development, Tegan is dedicated to creating positive experiences for every participant.

Tegan believes that making people feel genuinely valued, heard, and supported is at the heart of everything she does.

Tegan's career in customer service and leadership has given her a unique ability to combine genuine compassion with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
