Charmaine takes pleasure in spending time with her adult children, family and friends. She has a love for music and watching live bands and having a dance.

She is an enthusiastic traveller and likes camping and being in the outdoors and thinks a good laugh helps people to relax.

Olivia PutlandReceptionist

Olivia has lived with autism, ADHD and mental health conditions. Her personal knowledge has given her elevated empathy and she wants to make the world a kinder and more understanding place for people with disabilities.

Although Olivia has no direct experience in fund management, her retail background as a dispensary assistant has given her a firm grounding in customer service and attention to detail.

Community Involvement

Olivia loves hearing people’s stories and although she is shy, she is a people person. Her empathy skills means her friends and family can turn to her for reassurance in times of crisis.

Olivia is open about her conditions and hopes to start advocating for autism and her stigmatised health condition.

Values and Hobbies

In her free time, Olivia enjoys reading, writing, photography, video games (especially RPGs) and going to the gym. Her two mini dachshunds, Dot and Chai, are her world and she runs an Instagram account dedicated to them.
